We have a great demand of crystalline silicon for production, our consumption is 8-10 tons/month in this phase and in nealy future,we will double our consumption.We hope you can supply us suitble raw materials if you still deal with it.
Our basic requirement for silicon materials is : Purity >6N. P type,res>0.5ohm.cm,Ic grade raw materials is prefer.

A  IC/Solar grade polysilicon(chunk is prefer)
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. Boron doped <=0.20ppba
3. P.phospherus doped<= 0.90 ppba
4. Metal doped (include surface)<=30.00 ppba
5. Origin from famous manufacture is prefer
 
B  IC grade top and tail
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. wash-free is the better
3. without infusible substances and air bubbles
4. Origin from famous manufacture is prefer
C  Broken/ scrap IC/solar wafer(must be bare)
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. diameter >= 50 mm
3. thickness: > 400 um
4. wash-free is prefer
 
D  Broken/scrap Solar cell (must be bare)
1. purity>6N and P type res>0.5ohm.cm
2. thickness: > 200 um
3. diameter >= 50 mm
